Yes. There used to be a constellation north of Bootes called 'Quadrans Muralis'. Meteor showers are named after the area of sky from which they appear to radiate. It's really just a trick of perspective. Think of it as the area where the earth's orbit intersects the orbit of the debris that becomes meteors. You can find it on the sky by tracing the paths of meteors back to their apparent point of origination. The shower, of course, is older than the label humans apply. In this case 'Quadrantids' as a label has been around since the before the IAU 'officially' named the 88 constellations.
