Betty White wants everyone to know that she is doing perfectly fine in quarantine.

The actress, who is 98, is staying at home to protect herself from the coronavirus pandemic.

She spoke to Closer Weekly recently, expressing her appreciation for her safety and well-being throughout COVID-19.

"I'm blessed withincredibly good health," she told the outlet. "That's something you appreciate a lot."โ€ฆ.

When the 98-year-old isn't acting, she loves reading the newspaper. Tom Sullivan, White's friend, said that she reads the LA Times "cover to cover" while working on a lot of crossword puzzles.

"She owns literally thousands of crossword puzzle books and is constantly doing them to keep her mind jumping. This is really serious with her," Sullivan told Closer.

In general, the award-winning actress has been letting loose through the ordeal, sipping on vodka martinis while snacking on French fries and hot dogs. She has also attempted to play Scrabble with friends over Zoom, but misses game nights.

As for visitors, no one is allowed inside her home except for people helping her. However, the spunky actress has made friends with a pair of ducks who visit her backyard.

"Betty's message to the world is to slow down and enjoy what you have: family, friends, your pets," a friend said to Closer. "She says that the pandemic is serious, but we have come through worse. It's Mother Nature's way of telling us all to slow down."

Back in May, it was announced that the actress would star in a new Christmas movie for the Lifetime network, one in a series dubbed โ€œItโ€™s a Wonderful Lifetime.โ€ In the film, Whiteโ€™s character โ€œhelps whip would-be Santas into shape, spreading the true meaning of Christmas.โ€
