Theory, would love opinions:

Iridium satellites were Cabal secure comm sats. What does that mean? I think that means they use *asers to communicate (not necessarily "light" so not a laser, but same idea of a focused beam). Why? Because if you're not using a beam it's trivial to sniff your signal.

So what if the grace FO sats are spy sats? The images of them from NASA shows that they have some sort of light emitting thing on them.
