Trying a parasite cleanse using black cumin seed oil at 20mg/kg AM and 10mg/kg PM dosage. First day after starting was the clearest thinking day I have had for as long as I can remember. Felt like any brain fog I had was gone and I was centered in my thinking if that makes any sense. Have a slight warm feeling all over. Plan to do this for two weeks and see what happens but based on the first day I recommend trying it. Black cumin seed oil capsules are readily available.
