I've done keto s few times, but before the holidays was eating a more whole food diet, just keeping the carbs low ish. I generally don't eat processed foods - although over the holidays I've been indulgent. Come Sunday I will get back into my usual routine/diet - becaise back to work. at that time I will do a round of Ivermectin again and keep eating my little mimosa pudica blend capsules

Staying healthy is work now - growing up i had access to good/fresh farm foods. Harder to get them now but not impossible. a local dairy has started delivery service so that has been nice - milk/cream in glass bottles delivered weekly, just like the olden days. I hope that trend continues

I just figured it was written into Revelations that way to make people afraid to use it - but I've ways seem Revelations as hogwash used to scare the obedient church people who operate on the carrot/stick system. Seems to have been pretty successful all around for hundreds of years, still works on them to this day

To get a crash course in understanding the history of all the mystery, find Robert Sepehr on YT. he doesn't insert/contaminate his work with his own views. It is a little overwhelming at first, but many if his vids are very short. He covers a LOT if topics - he's an anthropologist, and a damn good one. I've learned a lot from him the past few weeks. I dont know how I found him, and I had been subscribed to his channel for a good 6+ months before I ever watched a video all the way through. Just follow your own gut - trust yourself, and if you don't trust him stop watching

I grew up in a church. By age 8 I had serious questions no one could answer in any intelligent way. I kept going, and kept searching - til my mid 30s. Quit church but still believed in God. Got lost for a bit, but found my way back - just not to the same place nor the same way as before

And im STILL learning more, but getting closer and closer to some semblance of truth and it is way more beautiful than anyone ever made it sound in church
