It's rather simple.
Mandates are NOT law, period.
Only Congress can make law.
And even then . . .

The only one that will protect the unalienable rights endowed to you by our Creator is YOU.
Congress won't do it.
DOJ/FBI won't do it.
Courts won't do it.
SCOTUS won't do it.
Police won't do it.
Military won't do it.
All of these have sworn an oath to defend and uphold the Constitution.
They have ALL failed to do it and their oaths are worthless.
The entire system is corrupt.
They are completely lawless.
