Regarding Afghanistan. If I recall in 2020 the military did a bunch of drone strikes that killed the entire Taliban leadership all at once. Then the withdrawal was announced. Biden supposedly botched it and took the blame. Then their former leadership returns from exile in Qatar. I had no idea they were in exile in an allied country of ours. So it could have been planned all along by Trump that they would take over. The effect though was to give Biden admin a massive military defeat. Box checked.
