Don't like the concept of owning property as qualification to vote, as it puts the wealthy in a higher political class that the rest of society. It's been demonstrated over and over that wealth does not equate to wisdom.

Voting rights should be earned through some sort of service, but not exclusively through military service. Post residency, doctors should serve a term equal to a military enlistment providing medical services where needed. Same with all other professions. Engineers, lawyers, scientists, welders, carpenters, etc, etc. It would set up the body politic to be able to choose from a pool of candidates that had real world experience building things and solving problems instead of the crony hacks we keep getting.

Meh. I think voting will always be corruptable in some fashion. I advocate choosing all currently elected officials by random lottery like a draft or jury duty.

You're sitting home minding your own business and one day you get a letter from Uncle Sam informing you that your number has been drawn to serve as US Rep for your district. You go to DC on a commercial flight, you check into the House of Reps dorm, you eat at the House of Reps DFAC, and you ride the House of Rep's cattle car to work. You're paid your regular civilian income and when two years are up you go home with a Tri-Care health package and a small additional amount added to your Social Security check when you retire.

"Fuck! I gotta go be a Congressman!" It would slash the bullshit in DC very quickly.
