Everything was planned for demilitarization of North Korea. China was not happy with the way things were going with the Trade deals. Trump Is going to get the USA a better deal. China decided to leverage North Korea hoping that Trumps desire to get a deal done with North Korea would make him back down on trade deals, That might have worked with past administrations but not with Trump. Trump is calling their bluff. He is the master deal maker. Any good deal maker is not afraid to walk away. China will come around, and North Korea deal will eventually come.
