imo, the weakness of 'predictive linguistics' has always been the time/date predictions.
so much energy is invested in the predicitions, and when they don't happen exactly as predicted, it's discouraging for all those involved, and gives easy fodder to the adversary to further discredit.
meanwhile, things are happening all over from multiple perspectives right outside the self-imposed blinders.
