At the time CDaN posted this blue md about the Choice Hotel Cambria in DC, there were a couple of horror-story reviews (women reporting people attempting to barge into their rooms; a couple that saw an unconscious woman being "helped" into an elevator, etc.) Not sure if they are still there with a quick look I'm not finding anything
