Jeffrey Epstein's long-time assistant has been spotted in Connecticut amid rumors she is under investigation for being part of his child sex ring.
Lesley Groff, who was once described by Epstein as 'an extension of my brain', was seenwalking her dog through the New Canaan neighborhood where she lives on Wednesday.
US prosecutors are thought to be looking into Groff's time working for Epstein along with three other alleged 'recruiters' following the arrest of his alleged madam, Ghislaine Maxwell.
More light was due to be shone on their role today, when parts of a 418-page deposition that Maxwell gave to investigators in 2015 were due to be made public - until a judge issued a last-minute blocking order.

A native of Texas, who earned a degree from the University of Texas at Dallas, Groff is a married mother. Her home in New Canaan is appraised by the town assessor at $3.01 million. The 3,200-square-foot structure went up after the demolition of an older structure in 2012. Groff and her husband, Ike, faced trouble from the town’s planning and zoning commission in 2014 when it was determined they added a pergola (classified as an accessory structure) to the home without proper permits. It was allowed to remain. A neighbor who lived in the area said there was nothing unusual about the home or the family. The Groffs own another property in New Canaan, as well, appraised at $1.5 million, according to town hall records.
