I will confess that I am clueless as to what is supposed to happen with this 5G rollout. I have had a 5G phone for 4 months and all I have noticed is that it works better than LTE.

What is supposed to happen? About a dozen of us have 5G phones at the office and we are in the immediate proximity of vaxxed people. Nobody has developed Skinner syndrome. Are they turning the power up on Jan 5 or something?

I have to ask a question and obviously, my understanding of frequency is generally steeped in the realm of 50, 60, and 400Hz systems. We talk of 5G but yet you reference a frequency of 60GHz which is a multiple of the the 5GHz base. Is it then a 5G base with a signal clocked to a higher frequency? I guess my question is, what is the actual frequency spectrum of the technology referred to as "5G"?

Hmmm, TY anon, within reading the first paragraph, I realize that I unknowingly built a rather large subterranean network and I am not going to dox myself. A lot of redundant fiber along with 2-1/8" radiax cable and base station hotels. I was involved in deploying a technology that I knew virtually nothing about.
