been wanting to try …and DMT too…but drug virgin here. Microdosing sounds useful, but haven't gotten around to it…but read Spirit molecule and have been intrigued for years…for useful personal reasons.

Cut down (or out if you can) sugar, most carbs, sodas, junk food…get sleep..sunlight…blue light filter..drink lots of water, eat apples, watermelon, protein…drink coffee…helps reduce cravings.

 

I've heard great things about fasting if you can get through the first 24-48 hours, but haven't done it yet.

I want to…been trying to gradually ween down my eating…so it will be easier..>I've heard it really clarifies your mind and hunger goes away after the first 2 days.

 

Some lardass fasted for like 368 days…world record…but of course he lost like 250 lbs…so he had a pump and dump.

That's pretty much what I'm doing (most of the time). 12 hrs so far between meal and very small breakfast bar…become pretty normalized and smaller portions. I could skip lunch, but it's really just habitual at this point.
