It's a protocol that doesn't use a blockchain, but solves the Byzantine fault tolerance problem in way that is degrees of magnitude better than blockchain. In the works for longer than even bitcoin has been around…which says something. People got geeked out because of blockchain, but forget the real innovation is distributed consensus. real decentralization. This guys figured it out, did it right, and kept their mouths shut for a very long time. Published it today. BOOM.
