yes it's meant to unlock, but >>15310085 is right in that 99.9% of the time clockfags have gotten it wrong. I look at the clocks and every time I don't see pieces put in place like a puzzle but instead a collage put together to fit a narrative. Like how do you know a news piece or event locks in on the clock? Some of the connections seem rather weak. Not trying to give you a hard time but rather understand.
