Sometimes a sniffle is just that and a stuffy nose is not always a bug but a means to expel crap you have inhaled and the body wants out.
Anytime i ever felt a upper respiratory issue, I make a pot of sage/basil tea. Isually 6 teaspoons of each. 12 cups of water. 1 tsp. Of honey with each cup. After a pot i am usually good. If I feel heavily congested I add a few teabags of peppermint tea. Been working for me for over 40yrs. Had Brochial Pneumonia in 1977 and 1978. Damn near killed me. Have not been ill since and have used that tea every year since. Been a great remedy for me.
