The fact that they are admitting it was arson is huge, IMO. We all saw the pattern. "Friend" on FB (I'm in CO) posted a pic of her TV screen and it was a dotted line of fires.
I can only image Polis was in deep shit over something (he's a dirty and nasty as they come) and needed this money.
