>East Coast anon here…am I kill?

Nah. Orbit before last it went up the eastern seaboard. Last pass was west of that. Next pass will be in the western U.S. It might make it too. It's not losing altitude that fast and if it's oriented "wrong" it can skip off the atmosphere changing calculations yet again.

>How many booster skips?

No telling, it's still climbing. Some hypersonic missiles and reentry vehicles are designed to skip and glide. This vehicle is not tumbling as it would have come down very quickly when it encountered air resistance. It's either partially under autonomous control keeping orientation of some sort or it's under human control and it's got a "planned" reentry. Still climbing.
