So very true, anon!

 

I've seen it firsthand, in my own life. Having to face my own horrible mistakes, Realizing how wrong I was about certain things. Went through this type of trauma multiple times.

Makes me more humble, more questioning, less attached to ANY particular ideas or theories, etc.

I feel blessed that those things happened to me now, but at the time, it felt agonizing, even embarrassing.
