Well, so much complexity, and room to speculate.
I always see Russia as having broken away from the Cabal, and Israel is an important 'expression' of the Cabal.
So if they work together, it is temporary and/or a 'convenience'…
Iran? Another Cabal stronghold, for sure. Are there warring factions inside the Cabal itself? I guess that is possible.
I think the Cabal was planning on having Russia in their pocket, probably with Yeltsin back in the 90s, and they were very close, even 'successful'—until Putin pulled the rug out from under them. And they are not going to forgive him for that. And he is doing everything he can to prevent them from ever succeeding in taking Russia from Russians.
So, Putin has been a primary target of the Cabal since he has been in power.
He prevents them from controlling a huge, strategic asset. Ukraine was a means to destabilizing Russia. Encroachment of NATO eastwards, shenanigans with the pipelines, then coups, and Putin then had to minimize the vulnerability created. Crimea is far too important for Putin to let fall away.
Anyway… Putin has stifled their efforts there.
So they open up a new theater of operations in Kazakhstan. IDK.
Just speculating. But the current events there doesn't feel organic to me. Things are moving too fast.
But events, as you point out, are moving quickly all over.
