people just making wild statements with NO sauce for facts.
It causes confusion (or is that your intent?)

How the hell would we know whether he did or not?
If anons have a theory - then say it is your THEORY - not just stating things as facts.

It's to help out small community banks and credit unions.
Community banks used to give the loans in the communities,
