Was pulling out of NK Summit planned? Was 23 referring to yesterday when the decision to announce was made? POTUS said "a lot of things can happen, including the fact that perhaps, and (we'd/would?) wait, its possible that the existing summit could take place or a summit at some later date, nobody should be anxious, we have to get it right." How does this fit in with June 11, May 23, etc? Will we be seeing something extraordinary in the coming weeks?
