She wouldn't speak that fluently and wouldn't be able to understand every word.
I'm learning english everyday and I'm struggling to speak it fluently.
This woman speaks just perfect russian with almost no accent.
Also there were only 2 videos out there, one of a UK newspaper and a local russian one.
Both enhanced the voice in the video, in my humble opinion that's a purpose.
