First thought: There is NO WAY that she is doing the heavy lifting on any bill whatsoever. Her aides and advisors are making deals and running the show. She might nominally have the "final say" in all decision-making, but she is 100% dependent upon those around her to work out the details. She probably is too inebriated most of the time.
She is a figurehead of something much larger.
Second thought: This is no way to run a complex, extremely powerful government. The individuals who comprise this atrocity are lacking in all the necessary and basic moral and/or ethical virtues that would qualify them to be active participants exercising this much power.
It's like a ship with absolutely no one sane manning the bridge. In fact, the entire crew is drunk, high and shooting-up China White, on the lower decks while there's a storm a comin in….
