Judge Rejects FDA's 75 Year Delay On Vax Data, Cuts To Just 8 Months

A federal judge has rejected a request by the FDA to produce just 500 pages per month of the data submitted by Pfizer to license its Covid-19 vaccine - and has ordered them to produce 55,000 pages per month. Assuming there are roughly 450,000 pages, that means it will take just over eight months for the world to see what's under the hood.

Attorney Aaron Siri, who represents the plaintiff in the case, has provided this stunning update via his blog, Injecting Freedom:

On behalf of a client, my firm requested that the FDA produce all the data submitted by Pfizer to license its Covid-19 vaccine. The FDA asked the Court for permission to only be required to produce at a rate of 500 pages per month, which would have taken over 75 years to produce all the documents.

I am pleased to report that a federal judge soundly rejected the FDA’s request and ordered the FDA to produce all the data at a clip of 55,000 pages per month!

This is a great win for transparency and removes one of the strangleholds federal “health” authorities have had on the data needed for independent scientists to offer solutions and address serious issues with the current vaccine program – issues which include waning immunity, variants evading vaccine immunity, and, as the CDC has confirmed, that the vaccines do not prevent transmission.

No person should ever be coerced to engage in an unwanted medical procedure. And while it is bad enough the government violated this basic liberty right by mandating the Covid-19 vaccine, the government also wanted to hide the data by waiting to fully produce what it relied upon to license this product until almost every American alive today is dead. That form of governance is destructive to liberty and antithetical to the openness required in a democratic society.

In ordering the release of the documents in a timely manner, the Judge recognized that the release of this data is of paramount public importance and should be one of the FDA’s highest priorities. He then aptly quoted James Madison as saying a “popular Government, without popular information, or the means of acquiring it, is but a Prologue to a Farce or a Tragedy” and John F. Kennedy as explaining that a “nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people.”

USAID Chief Samantha Power: My Job Is ‘Harder Today than It Was Before’ January 6

U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) administrator Samantha Power claimed her agency’s work is “harder today than it was before” the January 6 Capitol riots on the anniversary of the event.

Power characterized the Capitol riots as an attack on democracy and claimed that the lesson of the event was that “democracy must be defended,” according to a letter obtained by Breitbart News.

“A violent mob, consumed by lies and incited by peddlers of conspiracy theories, breached our nation’s Capitol in an attempt to overturn the will of the people and prevent a transfer of power that is a hallmark of our democracy,” Power wrote.

Power said those involved in the riots did “grievous harm” to “confidence in the strength of American democracy.” She further claimed the event caused damage to the country’s global standing among other nations and the “importance of nonviolent political transitions.”

She emphasized the impact January 6 had on America’s global standing once more, claiming, “We have since seen autocrats wield the events of January 6 to diminish America’s leadership and delegitimize our efforts to support global democracy.”

As head of USAID, Power is one of America’s representatives on the world stage. Her duties include monitoring the United States’ response to “conflict and humanitarian crises; and democratic backsliding.”

Power is a longtime diplomat who previously represented America internationally while serving as U.S. Permanent Representative to the United Nations during the Obama-Biden administration.

Powers’ views on January 6 mirror her former boss, former President Barack Obama. Obama claimed, “our democracy is at greater risk today than it was back then,” on the event’s anniversary.

Power similarly alleged that the events of January 6 made her job at USAID more challenging than it would otherwise be.

“There is no question that our work at USAID to promote democratic processes and ideals is harder today than it was before the insurrection,” she wrote.

Power described democracy as an “ongoing journey,” then posited that the United States’ “divisions and setbacks” are good reasons for the country to address alleged domestic threats to democracy.

Our own nation’s divisions and setbacks should encourage us to both confront the urgent threats to democracy at home and to approach others on the journey with humility. But we should never doubt the virtue of our pursuit.

She commended Congress for certifying the 2020 election results following the breach of the Capitol. Power concluded her letter by claiming the lesson January 6 teaches us is “that democracy must be defended.”

Destroying a Democracy to Save it: Democrats Call for the Disqualification of Dozens of Republican Members

Below is my column in The Hill on the continued calls to disqualify Republican members of Congress to prevent them from running for reelection. What is maddening is that Democratic groups and commentators are seeking to remove as many as 120 Republicans from the ballots in the name of democracy. It is like burning books in the name of literacy. Yet, on this anniversary of the January 6th riot, members of Congress and Democratic groups want to block voters from reelecting their preferred representatives. Like villages in Vietnam, it appears that some members and activists believe that you have to destroy democracy to save it from itself.

This year, the Biden administration joined many in the United States in criticizing the mass disqualification of 583 candidates in Iran by the Guardian Council. The Iranian elections (like elections in other countries like China and Venezuela) are democratic only in the most artificial sense: You can freely vote from a pre-selected list of candidates.

Electoral disqualification systems are generally anathema to democratic values, but some in the United States are now toying with the idea for the 2022 or 2024 elections. While more modest than the Iranian model, the Democratic calls for disqualification are just as dangerous. What is most maddening is that this anti-democratic effort is cloaked in democratic doublespeak.

This week, Democratic lawyer Marc Elias predicted that 2022 would bring a renewed interest in disqualifying Republican members from office based on an obscure Civil War-era provision. Elias — the former Hilary Clinton campaign general counsel — is a well-known figure in Washington who has been prominently featured in the ongoing investigation of Special Counsel John Durham. Elias has founded a self-described “pro-democracy” group that challenges Republican voting laws and pledges to “shape our elections and democratic institutions for years to come.”

In the age of rage, nothing says democracy like preventing people from running for office.

Elias and others are suggesting that — rather than defeat Republicans at the polls — Democrats in Congress could disqualify the Republicans for supporting or encouraging the Jan. 6 “insurrection.” Last year, Democratic members called for the disqualification of dozens of Republicans. One, Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) demanded the disqualification of the 120 House Republicans — including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy(R-Calif.) — for simply signing a “Friend of the Court brief” (or amicus brief) in support of an election challenge from Texas.

These members and activists have latched upon the long-dormant provision in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — the “disqualification clause” — which was written after the 39th Congress convened in December 1865 and many members were shocked to see Alexander Stephens, the Confederate vice president, waiting to take a seat with an array of other former Confederate senators and military officers.

False Positive DNA-Tech Testing is Leading to More Abortions.

A shocking new report shows that Silicon Valley firms have been provided false positives to expectant mothers, leading them in some instances to kill their unborn children.

An examination by the New York Times has found that 85 percent of prenatal blood tests for rare chromosomal disorders provided false positive results to expectant mothers. On average, only 15 out of every 85 tests came back with accurate information on their child’s genetic make-up, potentially leading many mothers to abort perfectly healthy children.

The article describes a series of case studies of expectant mothers who received normal ultrasounds, but were told shortly after that blood tests confirmed their children would be born with serious ailments and mental illness. These mothers then had to either pay for additional testing to confirm the results, give birth to a child who may not live, or choose to kill their unborn children before birth.

More than a third of mothers across the United States may have been told, falsely, that their children would be born with syndromes like DiGeorge, 1p36, Cri-du-Chat syndrome, Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, Turner syndrome, and Prader-Willi and Angelman syndromes. In the case of Prader-Willi syndrome, 90 percent of positive tests were false.

Prader-Willi syndrome renders children unable to live independently as adults. Other disorders tested for included intellectual disabilities, heart defects, shortened life spans and high rates of infant mortality. Positive results for these disorders or “microdeletions” were 70-90 percent false.

A study from 2014 found that six percent of expectant mothers who tested positive for a DNA disorder obtained an abortion. The Times also quoted a Boston Globe article in which a local doctor described performing three abortions following false positive results.

Follow-up tests to confirm the risk of such disorders all come with a heightened risk of miscarriage. Almost all of the disorders tested for, except for Downs Syndrome, are comparable in risk to “running mammograms on kids,” said one obstetrician and geneticist at the University of California, San Francisco. They went on to say that these tests are “purely a marketing thing.”

Boris Johnson calls out anti-vaccine campaigners

UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson has called out anti vaccine campaigners, accusing them of dissuading people from taking booster shots.

Mr Johnson condemned the behaviour, saying the group is spreading complete nonsense.

Proposed law in Russia sends repeat child sex offenders to Arctic penal colonies for life

They cannot be called humans, although they are in human form," a Russian lawmaker said. "We hope that this measure will protect children, families, and society as a whole from those who cause irreparable harm."

Legislation is moving forward in Russia that would send repeat child sex offenders to Arctic penal colonies in Siberia.

The proposed law began to gain traction last month, but it has even more support now after the rape and murder of a five-year-old girl in Kostroma, Russia.

Duma chairman Vyacheslav Volodin, a close ally of Russian President Vladmir Putin, called the girl's murder "a terrible tragedy" on his Telegram Wednesday.

"We will do everything so that the law on life imprisonment for pedophiles is passed in January. Society supports the most severe measures against those who were previously convicted of child abuse. But many are convinced that this is not enough," Volodin wrote.

Child sex criminals "must serve life sentences in the most severe conditions" working in mines in the freezing Russian north, Volodin said, adding that the criminals would "have to work hard to earn their own living, every day to remember the atrocities committed, to regret it."

Veronika Nikolayeva, 5, was playing near her mother's work when she was allegedly kidnapped by Vadim Belyakov, 24 and his lover Denis Gerasimov, 44, the latter of whom had previously been jailed for child-sex offenses including producing child pornography, The Daily Mail states. The girl was apparently raped before being killed and her body was found on January 4. The men reportedly confessed to her murder on video.

Currently, repeat offenders in Russia who target children under 14 are sentenced to 15 years to life in prison, RT reports.

The proposed legislation expands the definition of a minor to children under 18 and introduces heavier penalties, such as giving life sentences to repeat offenders who have previously been found guilty of sexually assaulting minors. A life sentence would also be given to those convicted of sexually assaulting two or more minors and for cases in which the assault includes murder, grievous bodily harm or another serious crime.

"A life sentence is a just measure to isolate the degenerates," Volodin said in December. "They cannot be called humans, although they are in human form. We hope that this measure will protect children, families, and society as a whole from those who cause irreparable harm."

Schumer didn't say why he chose to keep this story secret for a full year but it's definitely not because he just made it up.

Case Report finds Pfizer Covid vaccine “might induce rapid progression” of rare cancer, AITL

A case report, published in the peer-reviewed journal Frontiers in Medicine, has found that the researchers’ observations suggest vaccination with the Pfizer mRNA vaccine might “induce rapid progression of AITL”, a rare cancer.

However, researchers have cautioned that this is one case, and that further studies are required, saying “dedicated studies are needed to determine whether this case can be extrapolated to populations of patients with AITL” or other peripheral T cell lymphomas. Health authorities, including the HSE, have described the Pfizer vaccine as safe, and recommend that cancer patients receive a Covid-19 vaccine unless contra-indicated.

AITL, or Angioimmunoblastic T-cell lymphoma, is a rare and often, but not always, aggressive form of lymphoma, more likely to be seen in elderly patients. Symptoms of AITL include high fever, night sweats, skin rash, and autoimmune disorders. As a result of these autoimmune disorders, the body’s immune system attacks its own cells and tissues.

The authors of the report, including experts working in pathology, haematology and nuclear medicine (the use of imaging to determine the severity of a disease) said that since the mRNA vaccines “strongly activate T follicular helper cells”, it was important to explore the possible impact of mRNA vaccines approved for use against Covid-19 on the growth of abnormal tissue affecting the T cells.

Specifically, the case study reported and discussed “unexpected rapid progression of lymphomatous lesions after administration of a BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine booster in a man recently diagnosed with AITL”. BNT162b2 is the vaccine manufactured by Pfizer-BioNTech.

The researchers said that the “remarkable efficiency” of the Covid mRNA vaccines has been “related to their ability to induce a potent stimulation of T follicular helper cells” but that, clinically, “this might translate into reactive lymphadenopathy [swelling of the lymph nodes]”.

This “sometimes may raise a differential diagnosis with a lymphoproliferative disorder ” – a disease characterized by uncontrolled production of lymphocytes – they stated.

They believed several arguments support this possibility. “First, the dramatic speed and magnitude of the progression manifested on two [tumour imaging] 18F-FDG PET-CT performed 22 days apart,” they said.

“Such a rapid evolution would be highly unexpected in the natural course in the disease,” they said.

“Since mRNA vaccination is known to induce enlargement and hypermetabolic activity of draining lymph nodes, it is reasonable to postulate that it was the trigger of the changes observed.”

“Indeed, the increase in size and metabolic activity was higher in axillary lymph nodes draining the site of vaccine injection as compared to their contralateral counterparts. However, pre-existing lymphomatous nodes were also clearly enhanced as compared to the first test. Moreover, new hypermetabolic lesions most likely of lymphomatous nature clearly appeared at distance of the injection site,” the case report found.

“Our case first raises the question of the COVID-19 prevention strategy to be used in this patient which is currently poorly protected against COVID-19. On the short term, the only option is to recommend strict masking and social distancing, and to offer him anti-SARS-CoV-2 antibody therapy in case of high-risk contact.

Ex-president’s assets arrested amid high treason case

Ukrainian court has arrested assets of former president Poroshenko, now a top opposition figure, who faces charges of ‘high treason’

Ukraine’s former president, Petro Poroshenko, has had his assets frozen by a court amid a high treason case over financial dealings with separatists. Poroshenko says he’ll fight to clear his name on his return home from Poland.

Poroshenko’s assets were arrested by a Kiev court on Thursday. They reportedly include a mansion outside Kiev, two apartments, land plots, and shares of several companies held by the former president.

Poroshenko’s legal team has branded the court decision as a politically-charged persecution by the incumbent government of President Volodymyr Zelensky, and vowed he would appeal the arrest of his assets. Poroshenko was targeted by the criminal case back in December, facing multiple charges ranging from “facilitating the activities of terrorist organizations” to high treason.

The case revolves around an alleged conspiracy to purchase coal from the breakaway republics of Donetsk and Lugansk. The amount of goods traded was estimated to be about 1.5 billion hryvnias (nearly $55 million), according to Ukrainian prosecutors. Apart from Poroshenko, the conspiracy allegedly involved unspecified “representatives of the top leadership of the Russian Federation.”

The Ukrainian judiciary failed to deliver a questioning notice to Poroshenko in December, with the former leader, who currently holds a seat in the country’s parliament, abruptly leaving Ukraine for a “pre-scheduled” trip. The politician was ultimately informed of the charges in absentia, with his opponents accusing him of fleeing the country.

Poroshenko, however, maintains that this is not the case, promising to return to Ukraine later in January. He reiterated his resolve to face the prosecutors in a Facebook post on Thursday.

“On January 17, I, as promised, will return to Kiev to appear in court and have a meeting with the Attorney General, using the right of an MP to get an emergency reception. I am returning not to defend myself from [President Volodymyr] Zelensky, but to protect Ukraine from incompetent leadership and external aggression,” Poroshenko said.

Viktor Medvedchuk, one of the leaders of Opposition Platform — For Life (OPFL), the most popular political party in eastern Ukraine, who’s been labeled as “the Kremlin ally” in the media, was also placed under house arrest last year after being charged with treason.

In 2021, Zelensky moved to ban several opposition TV channels, similarly accused of spreading a pro-Russian narrative, in what his critics have called a stifling attack on the freedom of press.

Boy, 15, kills mom & 8-year-old brother, shoots father at home in Maryland, reports say

Clinton, Maryland – Police were on scene of a unspeakable tragedy Thursday night in Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Around 5:50 p.m. local time, officers responded to the 8500 block of Wendy Street — they discovered a woman and a child dead inside the home and an adult male injured. That man, the father, was also shot but suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

Prince Georges County Police said a juvenile is in custody and the incident appears to be “domestic-related.”

According to WJLA, a 15-year-old boy ‘allegedly shot and killed his mother and his 8-year-old brother.’

Nor the victims or the shooter were identified by police. Investigators are working to determine a motive and how the child acquired the gun.

The Vaccine is a Dud

As time goes on, we are learning more and more about Covid 19 and the Covid 19 vaccines. To date, the most important and surprising information about the vaccines is that they do not prevent the vaccinated from contracting or transmitting the virus. The irony is that the CDC, a government agency, readily admits this[i] but other sectors of the government are carrying on as if this vitally important new information did not exist at all.

Take for example Biden's OSHA which, before it was temporarily halted by a Circuit Court ruling, ordered the unvaccinated but not the vaccinated employees of private companies to undergo inconvenient weekly Covid tests even though other parts of the government were admitting that the vaccinated transmit the virus as readily as the unvaccinated. The whole moral justification of forcing people to take the vaccine is to protect others even if the "hesitant" don't want to risk taking the jab due to the escalating problem of vaccine-related deaths and serious injuries.[ii] But we now know that the vaccine is a dud. While it can reduce symptoms of Covid, it cannot prevent the vaccinated from catching and transmitting Covid. And yet the government is acting as if none of these matters and is continuing to push harsh mandates upon those who do not want to play vaccine roulette and take the risk of a vaccine injury.

Again as time goes on, it is becoming increasingly evident that the reason why the Biden administration is demonstrably not "following the science"[iii] is that the irrational and probably unconstitutional vaccine mandates are not about public health at all but more likely about the implementation of a universal digital identification program that governments are labeling "vaccine passports."

To understand why the government seems determined to tag every citizen of every age with a digital ID, it is first necessary to understand the attitudinal evolution of political elites in Western countries. These elites appear to be losing their faith in the classical liberal emphasis on individual human freedom that was intellectually nurtured in the West by such thinkers as Kant, Voltaire, Locke, Bastiat, Mill, and Spencer and attained its clearest concrete political expression in the American Constitutional Republic. The essence of this revolution in political thought and practice is that it gave common people protection against the potential abuse of power of their ruling elites. Such protections included political theory that rooted individual rights in natural law and Divine Will as well as practical institutions such as the division of power between the states and central government, the further division of those powers between the legislature, executive, and judiciary, the rule of law, courts of law, the Bill of Rights, privacy rights, property rights, elections and so forth.
