Even the "mask mandate" thing will fail in court. 30 years ago, when we had workers entering spaces where asbestos was present, I could not legally tell a worker to put on a respirator or dust mask without the following:
1.) Having the worker tested medically to ensure that they were capable of wearing a dust mask or respirator.
2.) Having an industrial hygienist fit a proper dust mask or respirator to the individual worker's facial structure.
Violating the above two requirements would get your company fined bigly.
