The people breaching the capitol was just a necessary evil. The military and police only came in and established order after that fact. The has got to be legal justification to a claim on the country by the Qanon Shaman casually walking in and placing the flag where members has abandoned the process. If the military is then justified to defend that claim, the everything since is all just theater. Perhaps it is a failsafe. Regardless, we are just waiting for all the legal shit to push forward.
