Not despair fagging, but just an anon report from the field 2022…. Bartender anon on an Caribbean island…. most of anon's patrons come in bemoaning the fact that we live in a tourist economy, tourists are bringing the fuckin fake ass omicron here, and that we should shut everything down again…. same people are mask nazis and brag about the fact they have the clot shots and the boosters…. our house band has canceled the lasts 2 weeks because they are scared of covid…. this anon has just 2 frens left that put up with my now infrequent rants (and still think I'm cray), and anon just face palms most of the time now…. for OGs , now convinced the 4-6% that are lost forever are us….. all of my friends are sheep… pretty much lost hope in humanity…. the brainwashing is very very effective…. everyone I know keeps talking about how covid is back and worst than ever, nevermind the CDC said PCR tests don't work… yet people still keep getting them… this includes my entire family…. only bright side for anon is being trapped in paradise….. Come sit at my bar…. I have added to the 3 classics not to be discussed at a bar list of race religion and politics, covid, masks and vaxs…. anyone brings any of that shit up, I change the subject by asking if they have any pets and make them show me pictures of them… pretty effective… y'all can use that one… c'est la vie… holding the line..just keep spreading positivity love and hope (I know I wrote so much text kek)
