In Mark Levin's book, "The Liberty Amendments" Mark proffered an amendment to the Constitution that any ruling by the SCOTUS would require 24 months before being the law of the land. During that time the states with 3/4's majority could nulify that ruling. This is why the CoS is the only legal, Constitutional way forward. The state legislatures of We, the People, actually hold all of the power in this representative republic. Astounding as to why we are not using this tool the Founders included in Article V.
