Fitton:
Federal courts ruled that lawsuits before an election are too early and lawsuits after an election are too late.
WTF?

At worst yes, but at best they're inconsistent, and that is a big problem.
>file them while elections are happening
What if the litigated actions concern the actions observed during the election in which case those actions have to have already occurred which brings us to after the election.
It is as if the courts are asking people to be in two places at the same time, one in all the election facilities observing, and another in their offices filing court briefings.
The courts are being stupid
This is the most likely answer.
We are the news now.
I sense the same thing.
I think something or see something, and within the same day my formerly 'asleep' family are all quickly know what I know at almost the same time.
I used to be seen as the informed one, now in a lot of times they're sending me stuff before I see it.
