Mike, I read your articles and they are very good. I play along and allow myself as I am reading to think that indeed, the evil incarnate motherfuckers who have committed crimes against this nation and humanity are being dealt with. Facing the ultimate punishment by forfeiting everything they have including their lives. Justice. True justice. As I finish reading once again reality sets back in and I realize that these people are not facing justice of any measure and that they continue to walk, breath, live and prosper among us having little concern that they will ever face a fate that you so aptly write about.
In an eariler time in this country's history this was exactly how traitors and their ilk were dealt with. There was such a thing that was called right and wrong and if you do wrong, you pay. No longer. Every bit of that has been blurred and muddied beyond any former resemblance of what should be justice. We are stuck on this merry go round of blight as we see over and over and over that no matter who, what, where or when, nothing ever changes.
Thanks for the escape. I think it's abundantly clear the path that this nation is on and it is not a good one. As Q told us, "it had to be this way". Unfortunately, this was referring to our freedoms, liberties, prosperity and future. This reality becomes more clear as each day passes.
