"Romans" (aka Epistle to the Romans) wasn't even part of Codex Sinaiticus, circa 330ad

This was nearly 300 years after paul's death. It had the Epistles of Paul, but somehow didn't have Paul's Epistle to the Romans.

Orthodox Christmas is where it is because Pope Gregory changed the calendar and also combined the Christian holidays with the pagan holidays. The pagan/satanic holidays coinciding with the lunar calendar and phases of the moon, where they are supposed to be, and the main Christian holidays all in the wrong place.
