while you shouldn't just believe things you see on here, I've made this 3+ times with an without the lemon peels over the last few months, testing it on myself. haven't died yet. usually mix it in with ginger/turmeric tea and a vitamin c packet for max effect, then a 30mg zinc with dinner
true but if i had gone through the trouble of locating quercitin, i would've ordered IVM too. plus there's just something about home remedies that makes my almonds tingle
