Little pieces, not picked up by the lense were plunking into the water or their boats. Usually, when large sections of rock break, you hear the cracks after you see it breaking.
The ones due to covid are curious to anon because at first glance, other reasons seem to be there to hide covid as a reason. Would make sense that the States with actual transparency are the ones with Covid listed as the reason.
