So the guy in picrel is the current leader of Kazakhstan. His name is Tokayev, he is the same guy who gave orders "shoot to kill". This president was hand picked as a replacement by the former president, Nursultan Nazarbayev, who has been in charge since the collapse of the Soviet Union (1993/4). Clearly the elections are bullshit there and it is just one jew handing off power to another jew.
Now the fucked up thing is that President Tokayev called for Russian troops to help the current military keep order. The Russian military is over there now and is LEADING the Russian/Kazakhstan military alliance to keep order. Did Tokayev just hand the keys to the kingdom over to Putin?
