Had an interesting interaction with acquainted person. Person knows I support Trump and usually feels the need to say something, anything, to try and "fight" with me over current events. This time it was, "Did you hear in the news about Kazakhstan?"

"No, I haven't seen 'The News' in awhile," I truthfully reply.

"Putin is getting ready to invade and if that happens Trump blah, blah, blah," I forget what was said, who cares. I responded by noting that Trump isn't President anymore, Biden is. Person seemed genuinely stumped. I mean, we are both fully aware Biden is pResident. Pointing out that technically Trump is a private citizen and Biden is responsible for whatever is going on was a break in the cognitive dissonance. I asked if this was bad for Trump's golf business or real estate business or something.

"Trump better watch out because they're coming for him and he's in trouble. He's going down."

I laughed, advising not to hold their breath or they will die waiting for that to happen. My point in sharing this is that this is an average CNN watcher. They don't know anything, but whatever is happening is Trump's fault. They are still awaiting impeachment. And they aren't anymore convinced Biden is running things than we are. Kek
