One source alleges that rogue CIA agent used the software to hack into a MOSSAD database where Foster’s name was inexplicably found along with links to several Swiss bank accounts holding at various times up to 10 million dollars, which is not chump change for an Arkansas lawyer – even for one making 300,000 USD per year.
