I appreciate your help. Unfortunately I cannot submit either exemption. My doctor told me to go to the hospital and she would watch me die. She said she was not allowed to treat covid patients because it was too poitical. I fired her. I got the alternate treatments of ivermectin, hydroxychloroquin, zinc and monoclonal antibodies. I am not subject to the treatment regimen dictated by a single person for everyone in the world and when a doctor wants to treat me, they get MY permission. They do not treat me unless I opt out someway.
As for religious exemption: I am happy to share my religion with anyone, But there is no one on the planet who is qualified to vet and approve my religion.

At this time, those are the options that we have. I hear and understand you feelings about it, but those documents are what we need to move forward without a vaccination at this time. We should set up a time to discuss so that we can just maybe clear up any misunderstandings or address your concerns. I've had many conversations with others and they have stated it was helpful in their understanding of the process. It's always your choice, but we do don't have any other options but the exemptions at this time. Let me know what you'd like to do. I have you have a great weekend and get fully better soon.

When the pendulum swings; and it will swing, those participating in the coercion to make people take experimental drug will be looking over their shoulders the rest of their lives for Nuremberg2 trails. "I was just doing as I was told" will not be an excuse. Too bad so many didn't pay attention in their History classes. I did not fear when Teamsters threatened to break my legs, and disabled safeties on truck, It is the coercion I have to resist to show that I trust God is in charge. Trust in him is what removes fear. I would have been free to take the vax if it were not for the coercive elements involved. Good luck Thanks for your help."
