regarding captchas, this tech could be smarter.
It you have reasonably complex captcha, and someone gets 7 of 8 in correct place, 2 times, this is as good security as getting all 8 in correct place. There is no need for 3rd captcha in this case.
Whole industry should implement something like this. Captchas can be a little more fuzzy with regards to multiple tries.
