If he is like my younger brother, then he may have had the "sweat surgery" that shuts off the sweating mechanism to the upper body.
But…you will sweat TWICE as bad on your lower body.
The doctor clips a couple of nerves in the armpits and it shuts off almost all your sweat glands from the waist up.
So, if the prince had that surgery, then he isn't totally lying.
