From the book, 'The Philadelphia Experiment Murder', about the murder of Phil Schneider:
"The above photograph was discovered in Oscar Schneider's desk after his death. The man in the front with the blonde hair and prominent chin has been identified as Don or Val Thor. Val Thor is featured in the book 'Stranger in the Pentagon', but the character in that book looks quite different. The character above has been identified as his brother, Don. Both are allegedly aliens who have major influence in the Pentagon. The man directly in back of 'Mr. Thor' is Oscar Schneider. He has a crewcut and is wearing an overcoat while clasping his hands."
