FBI plans raid of Nxivm leader Keith Raniere's sex lair and Allison Mack's slave compound after prosecutors INDICT properties in filing that names another cult master
A complaint was filed by federal prosecutors looking to seize all property from the upstate homes of Allison Mack and Keith Rainiere
Both homes are approximately 15 miles away from Nxivm's main campus and located in the town of Halfmoon, just a few blocks away from one another
The filing in the case also identified Lauren Salzman as a slave master in the cult
Attorneys for the Eastern District of New York have made a surprise filing in federal court as they continued to gather evidence in their case against Nxivm.
A verified complaint was submitted on Wednesday in which the prosecution announced that they would like to seize property from the home of cult founder Keith Raniere as well as the townhouse owned by Allison Mack.
Raniere's property, which has been referred to in some court documents as 'the library,' is where he is accused of having sex with up to 20 woman who served as his slaves inside the Nxivm cult.
Those slaves would then return to Mack's home, with the founder's number two housing the woman when they were in town according to federal court filings.
Both homes are approximately 15 miles away from Nxivm's main campus and located in the town of Halfmoon, just a few blocks away from one another.
First, all female members are prepared to deny that they were ever forced or coerced into performing sex acts in an attempt to discredit the allegations made by the two former members whose grand jury testimony resulted in the indictments of Mack and Raniere.
If that does not work, member India Oxenberg, Mack and Mack's wife Nicki Clyne are prepared to testify that they alone were responsible for coercing members into having sex claims Parlato.
'Mack, Oxenberg and Clyne have made a pact to go to prison, saying privately they are ready to walk into prison tomorrow if Raniere could be free today,' reports Parlato.
Parlato tells DailyMail.com that Mack's arrest had been in the works ever since Raniere's extradition from Mexico to the United States back in March.
Mack has yet to comment but has reportedly retained a lawyer.
'As alleged in the indictment, Allison Mack recruited women to join what was purported to be a female mentorship group that was, in fact, created and led by Keith Raniere,' United States Attorney Richard Donoghue said in a statement on Friday.
'The victims were then exploited, both sexually and for their labor, to the defendants’ benefit. This Office and our law enforcement partners are committed to prosecuting predators who victimize others through sex trafficking and forced labor.'
Mack had been serving as leader of the cult for the past three weeks DailyMail.com previously revealed, a role she assumed after Raniere was arrested by authorities in Mexico last month.
Both her initials and those of Raniere's were branded on the pelvic area of women who joined the organization.
