Kim Jung Un then Kim Jong Un

Jung in Korean means A Friend that you deeply care about (no english equivalent )

Jong in Korean means Slave.

President Trump was declaring his friendship with Kim, letting him know Kim was being freed - a Jung not a Jung to President Trump.
