The only problem with your hypothesis is that there will be an awful lot of middle and lower class whiteys in that group as well. White on White will always devolve into Haves vs Have Nots. Who are the Haves?
While there is a kernal of truth there, I'd still like to see any sauce you might have to back up that ascertation. What percentage of whitey are we talking here, because I honestly don't think it's as big as you assume.
