Look for a small employer, the mandate is only required of employers of 100+ people. Also, I find it spoopy that OSHA requires companies to have their own COVID policy that is in agreement with the ETS. Sounds like someone is trying to dodge potential liability and pass it on the the employers. So should you find yourself in the, "if it's fuck me than you know it's fuck you" mindset, you may have some recourse down the line. I'm no lawfag though, so just speculating.
