Organic regulations require organic foods to display the word ORGANIC in large type on the packaging. That shall be the sole criteria by which "organic products" are defined.
Any product, food or durable good which lacks the word ORGANIC on the label is not organic.
ORGANIC products shall always be priced 20% above competitor products or the same products lacking ORGANIC trademark.
