DID YOUR EMPLOYER FORCE YOU TO WEAR A MASK FOR COVID-19? DID THEY FOLLOW OSHA ASSIGNED PROTECTION FACTOR (AFP) GUIDELINES? DO YOU EVEN KNOW WHAT AN AFP IS? IF NOT, YOU MAY BE ENTITLED TO COMPENSATION!!!

 

So every employer must follow these Federal Guidelines if they have employees wear face masks, respirators, SCUBA, etc… IN SHORT EACH MASK MUST HAVE AN APF ASSIGNED TO IT. N95 MASKS HAVE A 10 LEVEL, WHICH DOESN'T PROTECT AGAINST ANY VIRUS.

 

Has your employer meet every single one of these requirements? If not they are in viloation or Federal Law & Code of Federal Regulations (CFRs).

We in the military know these OSHA Rules intimately, as they apply to our Gas Mask programs as well as normal respirators and SCUBA equipment. Many, many employers follow these as well, however when they pulled the triggers on everyone wears a mask, they dove into a Quagmire of legal liabilities, and have colluded to keep WE THE PEOPLE ignorant of all they could. Contact your local Saftey Representative or OSHA Personnel today! If they pull the Wal-Mart Salute (Shrugs) ¯_(ツ)_/¯ and act like they don't know anything, then use your Federal Whistle Blower Protection Act Levers located on the common area bulletin boards.
