On Christmas Eve Joe Biden talked to families to hear their Christmas wishes, and one of them ended his call with "Let's Go Brandon!" The curious part is Joe Biden agreed with this sentiment.

Let's Go, Brandon is a code for those that dislike Biden as President, so why would he agree to it? A gaffe or comm?

I'd say the odds are good this was a comm being sent with cooperation of both parties. I've tracked quite a few Biden comms, and they are often through his gaffes. And to that point his nephew with a very curious name "Cuffe" got divorced the same day.
