Quebec to introduce financial penalty for unvaccinated
The Canadian province of Quebec, struggling to control the Omicron variant, will impose a new health tax in the coming weeks on those who are not vaccinated against Covid-19. "We are working on a health contribution for all the adults who are refusing to get vaccinated" because they represent a "financial burden for all Quebecois," said Quebec Premier Francois Legault.
At this point I can believe this. There is some tool they're using to forecast that goes beyond the conventional approach; dumping heaps of data into a supercomputer to crunch on to wargame.
When Q mentioned Project Looking Glass that was enough for me. Not sure if it's only looking/going forward or going back in time, but I hope we get more insight on it when this is all over.
I'm always impressed by how well the other side postures themselves as loyal servants of the American people.
